Gotta lot to write but i'll keep it short with a few pictures.
A lot is happening. At the beginning of April my friend Eddy he broke his clavicle. Now, he's being admitted into the hospital again, he was diagnosed with dengue. I went to visit him with Tammy today and he looked better than yesterday as according to Tammy. I stayed there for roughly 2 hours and left. I planned to visit him with fruits tomorrow, i went empty hand today.
When i was watching Tammy and Eddy in the room during that afternoon, i moved my sight and watch outside the window. There wasn't anything interesting, it was just buildings and buildings, and cars, but watching them kinda made me feel something. Not a bad thing. It's like, this is the moment when you needed support the most; your family, your boyfriend or girlfriend, and your friends. So, watching their interaction made me think if i would ever find somebody. I constantly tell myself that you don't need anybody cuz' you can be happy with yourself. And i realized, not until when you fall sick. That moment probably your most vulnerable moment, the time you needed love and support the most. And you have nobody. I'll just be myself, be a good person and see what turns out in my foreseeing future.
I thought i could go jogging today but it rained the whole day. Apart than swimming, jogging probably is my favorite sport. Can't wait to jog tomorrow after class.
I took this photo down from a page on Facebook. Yeah, it's Easter today and this photo was taken in Afghanistan. You can see in the background, he was in the ward. It brought me back to my pledge of being a physical therapist in the field of war. It's one of my ambitions. Soon later i realized i'm kinda interested in paediatrics too, so i'm standing at a crossroad. I know it's far too early to think about post-graduate course, but thinking about it makes me happy though; specializes in something you're interested in, you know? Here i'm writing, please remember your little pledge, Bryan Wu.
Here's another picture i find so lovely. I hate him sometimes but i love him most of the time. He taught me a lot of things and that i'm not afraid to tell out loud. This is something to be proud about. Just on last Saturday he taught me how to change the lubs filter of a car. Few years back, he taught me how to change a car's tyres. He taught me both truck and normal vehicle. I want to learn more from him. He is terrific in fixing mechanical stuffs like fixing pipes leakage, lights, anything! And of course, air-conditioner is his favorite cuz' he is the doctor of it! Those are the things you needed the most in normal living; fixing little house defects. It's useless to study up to PhD but knowing nothing about fixing all the small stuffs in your house unless you don't see the importance of it. Why would us all call him 'The MacGyver'?
One of the things on 2014-to-learn list is culinary. Gotta get my mom some flowers already!
